**Job brief**
We are on the hunt for a Client Succes Manager to join our commercial team as we evolve our gift cards services. This new colleague will work collaboratively with all departments across the Giftify divison. We're an ever-evolving Fintech, with a young team and a clear vision. With your passion for client relations, user friendly products, not to mention your affinity for new technologies and your strong communications skills, you will contribute to the success of our gift cards division.
**Responsibilities**
Client Succes Manager responsibilities are:
- Acting as a communication hub for clients/customers
- Building long-term rapport with customers
- Being able to negotiate contracts effectively
- Resolving customer disputes and attending to enquiries
- Providing reports on account
- Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company
- Developing ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clients
- Assisting with critical issues and escalations
**Qualifications**
- Experience as an Client Succes Manager or related profession
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
- Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Excellent command of French, Polish **is required**
