For our expanding group of hotels in Belgium, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Norway we are looking for an enthusiastic and people focused **Talent Coordinator **to help our hotel managers get the best team to service our guests.

You are an HR business partner to the hotel managers, and you have strong recruitment experience.

This is a new position, and you will report to the People & Talent Manager in Amsterdam.

You will be based in one of the five countries, at one of our hotels or work from home - depending on where you live.

We hope you do not mind travelling, because you are expected to travel (25-40%) to all our hotels in the region and occasionally abroad.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- As our new Talent Coordinator you provide support to all our hotel managers with the end-to-end recruitment of all their operational positions in the German region. This region consists of 9 Marriott branded hotels (Moxy Hotels/Courtyard by Marriott), plus new openings.
- You write, post and manage all vacancies (online). You look for new channels (schools, social media, etc) and you create talent pools
- You make sure to have a great line of communication with the hotel managers, your colleagues and your manager, and you keep them up to date about current open positions and their status
- You facilitate recruitment days for the existing hotels and for the new opening hotels
- You assist the People & Talent Manager on the planning of training of new staff in the hotels: you work closely with Marriott to book trainings and trainers, you prepare training materials and inform the team of any changes.
- As the HR business partner for the hotel managers, you help and advise on a wide variety of personnel matters: labour law, contracts, sickness, maternity leave, etc.
- You are responsible for sending out offers and contracts and you will partner with the HR Administrator in this region to guarantee all are following company standards.
- You assist the hotel managers with the onboarding of new hires, following the company’s onboarding procedures. We work with the intuitive BambooHR system.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- You have a minimum of 4 years working experience as a Recruiter / HR Business Partner, either corporate or agency-side
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or human resource management, or a minimum of 4 years HR experience in the hospitality industry
- You are computer literate with Microsoft Office
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are allowed to work in one of the five countries
- You are fluent in English. Any extra European languages are very welcome Italian and/or French are a plus
- You remain cool, there is always a solution
- Outgoing, hands-on mentality, driven, motivated and enjoy interacting with a variety of people
