Bij **Certimed **pakken we de oorzaken van verzuim aan, zodat dit tot een minimum wordt herleid. Afwezige werknemers begeleiden we zo snel mogelijk terug naar de werkvloer. Daarnaast zijn we marktleider in controlegeneeskunde.
**Functiebeschrijving**
In de functie van Medewerker Operational Support bied je operationele en administratieve ondersteuning aan de afdeling Psychosociale Aspecten:
- Je geeft op permanente basis operationele ondersteuning aan de afdelingen Psychosociale Aspecten van de regio Brussel en Vlaams Brabant;
- Als eerste lijn beheer je dagelijks de mailbox en de telefonie van de afdeling;
- Je plant de afspraken van Preventieadviseurs Psychosociale Aspecten (PAPSY’s) in : individuele gesprekken, projecten, opleidingen,.;
- Je maakt offertes op in samenwerking met de Teamleaders PAPSY;
- Je maakt de dossiers en projecten aan in onze IT tool en volgt deze op tot de afsluiting en de mogelijkse facturatie;
- Je volgt de prestaties van de freelancers en onderaannemers op en factureert deze door;
- Je maakt de nodige Power Point presentaties voor de afdeling;
- Je werkt vanuit onze zetel van Brussel (3dagen/week) en telewerk (2dagen/week).
**Profiel**
- Je hebt een sterke interesse voor het domein preventie en bescherming op het werk;
- Je communiceert op een vlotte en professionele wijze met de klant, de medewerkers van onze klanten en collega’s;
- Je bent discreet in het behandelen van vertrouwelijke informatie;
- Je hebt organisatorische vaardigheden en kan planmatig werken;
- Je bent sterk administratief en beschikt over een grondige kennis van MS Office;
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans.
