AG heeft een duidelijke ambitie: een _Great Place to Grow_ for all zijn voor al onze medewerkers. En dat is waar het **Learning & Development** team (L&D) dagelijks aan voortbouwt Samen met (en voor) de business worden er voortdurend ontwikkelingstrajecten op vlak van professional skills, leadership & change uitgewerkt. Met een nagelnieuw hoogtechnologisch learning center - de AG Campus - staan de persoonlijke ontwikkeling, groei en evolutie van de AG medewerkers bovendien meer dan ooit centraal.
Om onze ambities en groei waar te maken, zijn we op zoek naar een **L&D** **instructional designer.**
- Je bent mede een **drijvende kracht** achter de verdere vormgeving van onze ‘Great Place to Grow for all’-ambitie. Dit vertaalt zich in concrete projecten en acties voor managers en medewerkers rond heel wat thema’s waaronder sustainability, new ways of workingnen leadership development.
- Je hebt een focus op alles wat met **digital learning & instructional design** te maken heeft. Je werkt impactvolle** blended and digital opleidingsprogramma’s** uit volgens het ADDIE-model voor onze business lines en departementen binnen AG.
- Jij ademt learning en improving. Je onderhoudt **actieve contacten met onze externe technologie partners.** Daarnaast hou je ook de vinger aan de pols op vlak van het L&D-landschap en bouwt verder aan **een relevant netwerk**.
- Je volgt actief de **nieuwe tendenzen** in learning technology (tools, platformen, etc) op en inspireert anderen. Je test nieuwe tools uit via het test&learn principe.
- Je hebt sterke **analytische skills** en een oog voor het **technologische eco-systeem**. Continue de systemen en koppelingen evalueren en bijschakelen waar nodig in functie van kwalitatieve** learning analytics** is hoe je daarvoor zorgt.
- Je deelt jouw visie en inzichten proactief met je collega’s.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je hebt **een passie voor mensen, persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling**. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de wereld rondom jou, maar nog _net_ iets meer naar de mens achter de medewerker.
- Je bent **een snelle leerder** en kan vlot met verschillende **authoring tools** overweg.
- Interesse in (en/of ervaring met**) face-to-face of online training** (over instructional design of de tools die we gebruiken) is een plus.
- Je stelt gerichte vragen, komt met een **eigen frisse kijk** op de zaken en je speelt actief in op de noden van verschillende stakeholders.
- Een **projectmatige aanpak** ligt jou wel, van analyse tot delivery. Je weet hierbij ook perfect collega’s te inspireren en hen mee te nemen in je didactisch verhaal.
- Je bent **vlot tweetalig** (Nederlands/Frans) en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Teams, OneNote, maar ook Excel en PowerPoint kennen maar weinig geheimen voor jou en ook nieuwe software ontdek je graag. Kennis van Cornerstone, Assessment Q, Flowsparks en Articulate zijn een plus.
- Je bent een _teamplayer_ en je zorgt er mee voor dat het Learning & Development team tot nog meer synergiën komt en uitstekende resultaten blijft neerzetten.
- Je hebt een **universitair of bachelor diploma** op zak in de richting psychologie, onderwijswetenschappen, pedagogie of technologie.
