**The impact of the role**:
The **Engagement Manager** role will be a member of our **Strategy Team**, playing a crucial role in driving successful project outcome, fostering client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success and growth of our company.
**On a given day, an Engagement Manager spends time in**:
- Leading and overseeing business transformation projects, defining scopes, setting milestones, and ensuring timely project completion.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their needs, managing their expectations and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Providing insights to the consulting teams, formulating clear directions, target business models, and strategic recommendations, while identifying new revenue streams..
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (internal & external) and ensuring effective communication and collaboration through the project.
- Ensuring contract terms and conditions are met.
- Managing project budget, invoices and project reporting
- Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
**Requirements**:
**In order to be successful in this role you will need**:
- Minimum 4 years of consulting experience with a focus on business strategy and/or digital transformation, ideally in multinational corporations.
- BSc or MSc in Management and Business domains; MBA preferred.
- Excellent networking and communications skills across all levels of seniority.
- Strong project management skills and experience in effectively guiding cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and passion for digital technology.
- Proven track record of creating visually appealing,persuasive & effective presentations.
- Result driven mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and a bias for action, with the ability to influence cross-functional peers and stakeholders.
- We are a multinational company, fluency in English is a must.

**Amazing if you have**:
- Previous experience in CRM and Loyalty related projects.
- Broad understanding of digital solutions and data management, along with Agile delivery.
