**About Our Client**:
Onze klant, een wereldspeler in FMCG, is momenteel op zoek naar een Customer Service Coördinator om het team te ondersteunen.
Je komt terecht in een hecht, warm én collegiaal team.
Het bedrijf biedt veel ontwikkelingskansen aan haar werknemers en kan samen met jou een mooie carrière uitstippelen.
Het bedrijf is in Mechelen gelegen en gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de wagen en openbaar vervoer.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van de orders
- Je houdt rekening met de deadline zodat jouw klant tijdig zijn bestellingen ontvangt
- Je staat in contact met transporteurs en het magazijn
- Je stelt credit nota's op
- Je ondersteunt klanten bij al hun vragen omtrent facturen, leveringen, etc.
- Je maakt leverbonnen op
- Je bent SPOC voor je eigen klanten
- Je staat in contact met de sales representatives
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij de stock forecasting
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Je hebt reeds relevante werkervaring binnen een commercieel ondersteunende functie. Hoewel enthousiaste schoolverlaters ook welkom zijn
- Je spreekt/schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans is een grote () troef.
- Je kan goed met systemen overweg. SAP-ervaring is mooi meegenomen.
- Je hebt een goed logisch denkvermogen en bent leergierig
- Je houdt ervan om klanten een goede service te bieden en indien nodig oplossingen voor te stellen
- Je bent punctueel en hands-on
