**Context**:
In this transversal position, you support Degroof Petercam’s internal audit team in a number of key domains.
**Your Position**:
In this role, you'll:
- Prepare the audit committee (6 times/year) by drafting reports and status reports
- Help manage and define audit processes
- Support reporting on audit findings, recommendations, KPIs, etc.
- Maintain excellent relationships with various business stakeholders
- Manage purchase orders, expenses and budgets
- Coordinate team meetings, trainings and team buildings
**Your Profile**:
- You have experience in a support function or a PMO function
- You have a good knowledge of French, Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- You can work fluently with the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have an open mind set and you communicate with ease
- You like to interact with colleagues, but you are also able to work independently
- You are a true team player
