Overview:
Je herkent jezelf wanneer je een van onze winkels binnenstapt. Je houdt ervan om te praten over sneakers en gerelateerde producten, net zoveel als je ervan houdt om deze te verzamelen. Je bent altijd op zoek naar de nieuwste trends, en je vindt het leuk om jouw enthousiasme te delen met klanten. Je legt makkelijk contacten en weet op natuurlijke wijze vriendelijke gesprekken aan te knopen, je aan te passen aan verschillende types klanten en problemen met een glimlach op te lossen. Je werkt graag in een team terwijl je jouw individuele vaardigheden op de verkoopvloer verbetert. Je succes in deze rol zal gemeten worden aan de hand van persoonlijke en productiviteitsdoelen en ook via jouw vermogen om elke klant een geweldige winkelervaring te bezorgen.
Qualifications:
- Je hebt zelfvertrouwen en je voelt je comfortabel bij het benaderen van klanten en ze een geweldige ervaring te bezorgen
- Je bent gemotiveerd om geweldige resultaten te behalen door je enthousiasme voor de interactie met klanten, sneakers en gerelateerde producten
- Je bent in staat om taken of activiteiten zelfstandig uit te voeren
- Flexibele beschikbaarheid - waaronder avonden, weekenden, en sommige feestdagen
**Responsibilities**:
- Zorgen voor een hoge mate van klanttevredenheid door te beschikken over productkennis van alle aangeboden producten en samen te werken met collega's om een geweldige klantenservice te verlenen
- Het realiseren van sales, het leveren van een geweldige klantenervaring en het voldoen aan operationele verwachtingen
- Het behalen van persoonlijke en productiviteitsdoelen
- Legt contact met elke klant door open vragen te stellen en zo te achterhalen wat zijn/haar wensen en behoeften zijn
- Het actief opdoen en delen van kennis van producten en trends en deze afstemmen op de behoeften van klanten
- Altijd op de hoogte zijn van alle productkennis en huidige of opkomende producten/trends
- Draagt bij aan een positieve en inclusieve werkomgeving
