**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of the company's processes in ServiceNow
- Design and creation of integration interfaces to feed company data into ServiceNow
- Set up API integration between ServiceNow and the company’s local resources
- Analysis and creation of automated exports from ServiceNow to meet internal customers' needs
- Workflow design in ServiceNow
- Migration of existing tools to ServiceNow

**Must Have Skills**:

- ServiceNow Certified (Development)
- Experience with ServiceNow Configuration and Customization
- Skilled in Data Integration with ServiceNow
- Data Migration skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English

**Nice to have**:

- Fluency in Dutch and/or French
- Good communication skills for working with internal customers and stakeholders
- Capabilities of working with external stakeholders
- Capabilities of working in a complex and big structure
- Not afraid of highlighting issues and impediments
