Omschrijving
Als Director Marketing en Distribution Belfius Direct Verzekeringen rapporteer je aan het directielid niet-Leven bij Belfius Verzekeringen. Je bent end-to-end verantwoordelijk voor de groei van het aanbod van Belfius Direct Verzekeringen via zijn eigen kanaal (website), via het Bancassurance-kanaal (Belfius app) of via partnerships. De functie vergt een uitgesproken zin voor ondernemerschap, het vermogen om een strategische visie uit te werken en het nodige leadership om deze uit te voeren.
**De job in een notendop**
De functie omvat 3 pijlers:
**Definitie klantensegmenten en een innoverende value proposition op basis van behoeften en marktonderzoek**
- Identificatie en opvolging van klantenbehoeften en value proposition / klantenervaring van de voornaamste concurrenten en spelers in buitenland.
- Uitwerking en optimalisatie van de klantensegmentering.
- Definitie van een innoverende en differentiërende value propositie voor Belfius Direct en de onderliggende producten, die beantwoorden aan de klantenverwachtingen van de target segmenten - dit alles in korte samenwerking met de distributiekanalen en product teams.
**Uitwerking van een innoverende go-to-market strategie**
- Uitwerking van een groeistrategie voor Belfius Direct en de vertaling hiervan in een jaarlijks commercieel plan, dit in nauwe samenwerking met het Communicatie-team van de groep Belfius.
- Identificatie en ontwikkeling van nieuwe distributiekanalen / strategische partnerships en optimalisatie en beheer van de bestaande partnerships.
**Optimalisatie van de klantervaring over de customer journeys**
- Uitwerking van een optimale klantbeleving over alle interacties.
- Stimulatie van een klantgerichte mindset in de organisatie en optimalisatie van de customer journeys met het oog op een verbetering van de klanttevredenheid, de operationele efficiëntie en de verkoop (optimalisatie van de conversie).

We zijn op zoek naar een persoonlijkheid met de volgende vaardigheden:
- Sterke leadership vaardigheden met het vermogen om transversale teams aan te sturen en op een efficiënte manier veranderingen te bewerkstelligen in de diverse lagen van de organisatie.
- Ondernemersgeest gekoppeld aan het vermogen om complexe informatie te begrijpen en synthetisch weer te geven en ze om te zetten in haalbare strategieën.
- Heldere en wervende communicatiestijl, gecombineerd met het vermogen om stakeholders afkomstig van diverse horizonten te laten samenwerken.
- Ervaring met het lanceren en het beheer van een digitaal aanbod, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector.
- Het vermogen om teamleden te coachen en te begeleiden om hun ontwikkeling en vooruitgang te stimuleren.
- Willen bijleren en evolueren door lessen te trekken uit ervaringen uit het verleden en uit feedback.
- Elke eerdere ervaring in de verzekeringssector of de financiële sector is een troef.
