We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Support Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Challenge
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Support the sales team with order entry, tracking, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and trends.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for cycling, fishing, or outdoor activities is a plus.
