- **Commercial Director**: Corporate & Logistics - Management
- Responsible for driving business growth across the territory through product promotion and achievement of sales targets.
- Face to face meetings with existing set of HCPs
- Environment mapping to identify key stakeholders in hospitals and government departments including reimbursable institutes
- Participation in key conferences
- Handle all the commercial activities at the access points, including P.Os, participation in tenders, receipt of payments, rate contracts etc.
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, set call metrics and optimize coverage etc. in order to maximize access and sales opportunities
- Create an overview of customer business, identify comprehensive understanding of customer needs (both long term and short term) and identify key buying factors
- Build a strong relationship with senior customers, key decision makers and influencers
- Understand formulary and P&T processes for assigned IDN's and key institutions
- Develop new sales structure and scale up existing organization

**- Extensive knowledge of the therapeutic field of Multiple Sclerosis.
- Strong and accessible network at neurologists en CNS HCP’s
- Experience of managing and developing large accounts, ideally with an existing contacts in network across the territory.
- The ability to work autonomously and drive business growth.
- Strong communication skills, with the confident to influence and liaise with core stakeholders and KOLs.
- Drive for results with excellent negotiation skills
- Potential to develop business growth & provide general leadership to new team
- Trilingual: Dutch, French, English (written & spoken)
- Bachelor or Master degree preferably scientific or equivalent in experience
- Min. 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, incl. min. 2 years of sales or account management experience, with a proven track record of successes.
- Min. 3 years experience in therapeutic domain of Multiple Sclerosis
