Your new career in Coreso
Coreso is a dynamic and fast-paced SME situated in the heart of the European headquarters in Brussels with around 150 people and over 20 nationalities. We are currently seeking an L&D Officer for our corporate training department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS), creating career paths, and overseeing talent management initiatives. You will translate business strategy and objectives into comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the developmental needs of Coreso's employees, contributing to being a high performing RCC.

Your role as a L&D Officer exists of the following responsibilities:
- Develop a Comprehensive **L&D Strategy** that aligns with our business objectives, sets clear goals, and fosters continuous learning.
- Design and **deliver impactful training program**s that enhance employee skills and support career development.
- Provide **expert advice** on **training frameworks** and stay updated with market developments and best practices.
- ** Coach and support employees** to foster their professional development and help them achieve their career goals.
- ** Contribute to the onboarding process** in collaboration with Recruitment to ensure new employees receive the training and resources needed to succeed.
- ** Lead** various **training projects** that support our organizational goals.(6)
- Coordinate and **manage training sessions, tracking progress**, and contribute to our overall **HR KPI Dashboard** to measure effectiveness.
- Integrate** Learning** and **Career Management** by establishing links between learning initiatives and career progression
- ** Manage**, enhance and develop our **LMS** (360 Learning)
- Conception and development of **e-learnings** (Genially)
- Oversee daily training activities, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality delivery.
- Administration follow-up such as PO creation and budget management
**Who are we looking for?**:
- A Master's degree in HR, psychology or other related field or equivalent experience through work
- 8-10y of experience in L&D, preferably in a regulated sector and international context
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and French as an additional asset.
- Proven experience in managing and developing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and designing impactful training programs.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive L&D strategies that align with business objectives and foster continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage various training projects
- Proficient in tracking training progress, analysing data, and contributing to HR KPI dashboards to measure effectiveness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
