Mais pour commercialiser ces histoires d’une manière intelligente, un Product Manager passionné, qui est aussi le marketeer de nos marques, est indispensable. C’est ça que nous recherchons : un Product Manager chez Integreate, le hub créatif de DPG Media Advertising (pour l’offre de RTL).

**Votre défi**

Chez Integreate, nous veillons à ce que les annonceurs atteignent leurs objectifs marketing de manière créative. Créer un contenu fort dans le bon contexte, afin de s’adresser au bon public cible. Qu’il s’agit d’une action créative sur BEL RTL, d’une intégration dans L’ Amour est dans le pré ou dans un format exclusivement sur RTL PLAY, ou encore d’une campagne spectaculaire sur Radio Contact : nous savons quoi faire d’un partenariat créatif.

En tant que Product Manager chez Integreate, vous êtes responsable de la

commercialisation des produits de DPG Media (offre RTL). Votre stratégie se base sur un produit, qu’il s’agit de vidéo ou d’audio. Vous réfléchissez sous deux angles : créatif et commercial. Dans ce cadre, vous mettez l’accent sur une approche cross média pour toutes les marques, avec une forte orientation numérique. Vous préparez minutieusement des présentations dans lesquelles sont énumérées toutes les possibilités pour un annonceur, afin que vos collègues du département sales puissent aller voir leur clients avec une histoire percutante. Vous le faites à la fois de manière proactive et réactive.

Afin de réussir à associer un annonceur à un format, vous collaborez étroitement avec d’autres départements au sein de notre entreprise. Pensez par exemple aux rédacteurs et aux réalisateurs de programmes, ainsi qu’à l’équipe de stratèges et de créatifs d’Integreate.

Vous préparez avec précision des présentations grâce auxquelles un collègue sales peut s’adresser à un annonceur ou répondre aux souhaits et besoins de l' annonceur.
- Vous avez au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de créativité et de communication
- Vous travaillez de manière structurée et avez le souci du détail
- Vous êtes francophone avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais (connaissance du néerlandais est un plus)
