**Neveo.io is an app that helps families to share their daily lives with their grandparents.**
In simple words, you invite all your family members to gather and share their best photos every month. They will be automatically displayed in a beautiful booklet sent to your grandparents' home.

Neveo is currently used by more than **100.000 users** and 20.000 families, representing almost 30.000.000 photos sent in **114 countries around the globe.**

Role:
- Eyes open / ears on You are the point of contact between Neveo and our 100.000 users around the globe.
- You analyse and optimize the efficiency of your own work in order to improve the overall customer experience/satisfaction.
- You manage and update our Help Center with useful articles based on recurrent thematics.
- As part time admin responsible, you will be asked to take care of relationships with our suppliers (mainly with our printers for quality check matters) and to make sure all the invoices are correctly sent to our accountant every week.

**Requirements**:
Skills:
- Mandatory : 2 years of experience (in a similar role or not)
- Mandatory : you care about people and you naturally show empathy to people surrounding you (your are our eyes & ears and will be in constant interactions with our happy (sometimes unhappy) customers on a daily basis)
- Mandatory : you have a **logical mindset** and you like being involved in a **technical** environnement
- You are **o**rganized, autonomous** and creative in finding concrete solutions (you will be asked to help our clients resolving their (sometimes weird) problems on a daily basis ;))
- You are at ease with recurring tasks
- You speak and write **French perfectly** (mother tongue level). You speak English fluently (this is mandatory)
