- Ring Twice is looking for a daring and proactive Dutch speaking Customer Happiness Officer (CDI contract) to join our beloved team in Brussels (Central station) as from whenever we find our little nugget._

We are currently looking for **an outstanding Dutch speaking Customer Happiness Officer** who will be in charge of our beloved users. He/she will be in charge of answering all their questions but also to help them to understand how Ring Twice can change their live.
To recap, we’re looking for **a new superhero who will be able to guarantee a super positive experience to all our dutch speaking users**

**Ring Twice** is a web start-up active in the **sharing economy** founded in 2013 by 3 young entrepreneurs. Today, the team is composed of **20 young motivated members,** fully dedicated to bringing people closer together, one job at a time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow on a daily basis the entire user processes (job cancellations, profile validation, moderation, payments,).
- Onboard and follow our users for their first steps on the platform.
- Give all our users the best experience and solution.
- Support the technical team through user feedback.
In short, becoming THE new pillar of our thousands users
**Must-have requirements**:
- You speak and write fluently Dutch (perfect spelling in Dutch).
- You’re a human person - outgoing and curious who loves contact with people.
- You have a problem solving mindset.
- You are a team-player who works autonomously and proactively.
- You are comfortable on the phone.
- You’ve a passion for internet and collaborative economy is a plus.
**Nice-to-have requirements**:
- You are comfortable with English since the entire team speaks English when gathered.
- Any speaking or writing level in French is welcome.
- You’re used to work with simple IT tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Slack, etc.).
