**Jouw rol als B2B Onboarding Champion & Account Manager**
- Jouw rol ontwikkelt zich in twee stappen: eerst maak je team Onboarding toegankelijker door de eerstelijnsondersteuning van klanten te verzorgen en de dossiers administratief te ondersteunen. Gaandeweg leer je het klappen van de zweep, en uiteindelijk word je een volwaardig lid van team onboarding. Hoe dat precies in zijn werk gaat, lees je hieronder.
- Je onthaalt onze kersverse klanten met de nodige zorg, nadat de succesvolle acties van je collega's van team Sales zijn afgerond.
- Je doorloopt met de klant de onboardingsprocedure. Hierbij ga je hen royaal informeren en adviseren. Tegelijk help je bij het uitbouwen van een fietscultuur bij de klant.
- Het onboardingsproces neem je stevig in handen. Je volgt het van dichtbij op en neemt acties om de doorlooptijd te versnellen.
- Voor een vlot verloop, onderhoud je ook de relaties en communicatie met externe (flex)partners.
- Je geeft knallende kick-off presentaties om de werknemers grondig te informeren en warm te maken voor de leasefiets. Met jouw passie voor fietsen en groene mobiliteit neem je gemakkelijk de hele groep mee. Je geeft de presentaties voornamelijk online, maar gaat ook geregeld ter plaatse.
- Door je opgebouwde expertise ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor B2B-vragen of moeilijkheden. Bij problemen contacteer je de juiste mensen en volg je het traject actief op.
- Je denkt mee om de procedures en presentaties steeds naar een hoger niveau te brengen.

- Klanten tevreden houden door een geweldige service te leveren, is een missie waar je echt warm van wordt.
- Je bent perfect tweetalig Nederlands/Frans. Met je Engels en eventueel wat extra kennis Duits maak je extra indruk.
- Je bent geduldig en weet je communicatie aan te passen aan de andere partij. Dankzij jou kan iedereen vlot meefietsen in het o2o peloton.
- Bij problemen weet je je kalmte te bewaren en de rust terug te brengen in de dialoog.
- Je enthousiasme werkt aanstekelijk en je liefde voor de fiets verspreidt zich als een lopend vuurtje.
- Je weet je werk goed te organiseren en bewaart makkelijk overzicht over je taken.
- Je durft assertief te zijn om je grenzen te bewaken en kwaliteit te blijven leveren.
- De waarden van o2o (toegankelijk - geëngageerd - levendig - expert) zitten je gegoten als een wielertenue.
- Last but not least, je springt graag op de fiets om je te verplaatsen.
