**Customer Care Assistant OPE (M/F)**
At Yamabiko Europe, our mission is to create the bridge that bonds people and nature with the future. We provide innovative solutions for outdoor power equipment (OPE) and robotized mowing technologies.
In order to reinforce our Customer Care and Supply Chain department in Europe for our **ECHO & Shindaiwa brands**, we are looking for a **Customer Care Assistant - OPE (M/F)** to join our team, based in Wavre, Belgium.
**Let’s talk about your role**
- Coordination of relations between the various service providers and internal departments in order to ensure that sales are carried out correctly (carriers, sales representatives, etc.);
- Administrative management of invoicing, customer credit notes and any credit limits or disputes;
- Coordination of the administrative aspects of importing and exporting goods, such as invoices, legal documents and eventual disputes;
- Ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards, processes and best practice at all stages of the sale;
- Maintaining the link between the sales team and the support functions;
- Working closely with the company's various departments (purchasing, accounting, logistics, finance, sales, IT, etc.) and ensuring that administrative information relating to the sale is passed on correctly;
- Working closely with our logistician and carriers for order deliveries, truck reservation and respecting pre-established delivery deadlines.
**Your Profile**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Transport and Logistics/Executive Assistant or initial experience in a similar position;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in customer care (customer relations, orders entry and tracking, claims management...);
- You have a good understanding of logistics (stock availability, order preparation, stock management, deliveries, road transport, etc.).
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French & English (Minimum B1 level required);
- You have a very strong feeling of the customers’ needs and behaviors. You are customer-oriented and keen to serve & satisfy;
- You are a team player and can work in a multi-cultural environment;
- You have strong interpersonal, facilitating and federating skills;
- You are autonomous, rigorous & well organized;
- You are a curious and eager to learn person;
- You have strong analytical & communication skills.
**Technical expectations**
- You are at ease with IT tools;
- Knowledge of Office 365 suite (outlook, teams, advanced Excel level, ).
**Geographical scope**
We encourage and support flexibility by enabling our employees to work from home for 2 days a week.
Easy reachable by car and public transportation, our office is located in Wavre, 25km south of Brussels.

Belrobotics leads the global market in commercial-scale automatic lawn mowers for large areas. Our innovative designs cater to turf areas up to 75,000 m², providing efficient, reliable solutions for maintaining sports facilities, private gardens, and expansive open spaces.
As Yamabiko Europe extends, our robots are also sold under the brand ECHO Robotics on the North American and Asian market as well as some European countries.
