**Your responsibilities?**
In the scope of a changing operational process with regard to retribution/fine management, ALD is looking for a temporary Fines Support Officer to support and maintain the SLA’s with regard to the handling of fines administration and customer inquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer and driver enquiries related to the fines process.
- Sorting the mailroom.
- Delivery of files to third party (f.e. police, Public Prosecutor's Office, Unified Post,..).
- Tasks related to customer billing.
- Other all-round administrative tasks that are in the support of the new process.
**Who are we looking for?**
Are you the person we are looking for to join our team during this challenging time? Then you recognize yourself in the dots below:
- Excellent writing skills in Dutch and French
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Analytical approach and capacity to process and understand a complex environment.
- Experience in leasing sector, or fines management is a plus but not a must. You are available for 6 months, starting april 1st.
