**Je bent geen groentje meer in het aansturen en coördineren van verschillende (project)teams? Je hebt geen probleem om door het bos de bomen te zien? Je wil graag zaadjes planten voor een mooiere planeet voor jong en oud? Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken om samen met een gedreven team aan projectmanagers en duurzaamheidscoaches mensen van alle leeftijden opnieuw in contact te brengen met onze natuur.**

**Jouw rol en taken**:
Als Program Coordinator rond het thema natuur zijn je voornaamste taken:
- De strategische visie van je programma ontwikkelen.
- Het opbouwen van inhoudelijk expertise.
- De rol van uniek aanspreekpunt bij de partners opnemen, maar ook netwerken en nieuwe partnerschappen uitbouwen.
- De ontwikkeling en het beheer van het programma natuur verzekeren op vlak van personeel, budgetten, administratie en communicatie in samenwerking met de ondersteunende diensten en de Program Director.
- De performantie van de verschillende projecten opvolgen.
- Zorgen voor een goede dynamiek in je team, bestaande uit projectmanagers, projectmedewerkers en duurzaamheidscoaches. Deze projectteams aansturen, het welzijn bewaken, motiveren in hun ontwikkeling en het behalen van hun doelstellingen.
- Zorgen voor een optimale communicatie, zowel intern als extern.
- Je rapporteert aan de Program Director, die eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt voor verschillende programma’s.
- Naast de coördinatie van het programma natuur, neem je ook zelf verantwoordelijkheid op als Project Manager voor één of meerdere projecten rond dit thema.
**Dit profiel zoeken we**:
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement en mínimaal 5 jaar beroepservaring.
- Je beschikt over een goede thematische expertise van het thema natuur (in het bijzonder: verhogen van de biodiversiteit, inrichten kleine groene ruimten zoals speelplaatsen, zorgnatuur, verbondenheid met de natuur )
- Je hebt een innovatieve visie rond dit thema en veel zin om deze uit te dragen.
- Kennis van het werkveld en van het netwerk rond natuur is zeker een pluspunt.
- Je bent een kei in projectmanagement.
- Je kan met verschillende soorten partners werken (overheden, bedrijven, doelgroepen ) en bent open minded.
- Je beschikt over volgende gedragsvaardigheden:
- Je kan structuur aanbrengen in tijd en ruimte en prioriteiten stellen, zowel voor jezelf als voor anderen.
- Je herkent problemen of situaties die tot problemen kunnen leiden, pakt deze kordaat aan en zoekt efficiënt naar oplossingen
- Je kan een lange termijn visie ontwikkelen en ze concreet maken in doelstellingen en acties.
- Je beschikt over de nodige people management-vaardigheden:
- Je stimuleert en motiveert anderen tot persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
- Je bent in staat de prestaties van je team te bewaken en op peil te houden.
- Je schept het kader waarbinnen jouw teamleden vol vertrouwen aan een gemeenschappelijk doel kunnen werken.
- GoodPlanet is een tweetalige organisatie. Jouw kennis van het Nederlands is uitstekend en je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Frans. Bovendien heb je ook een goede kennis van het Engels
- Je hebt mínimaal een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig.
- Je kent het standaard Microsoft Office pakket en werkt vlot met Excel (veel van onze projectmanagementtools).
- Idealiter ben je op korte termijn beschikbaar.
