**About the role**:
We are on a mission to revolutionize the 2T$ hospitality industry and to become a new vertical SaaS giant.
It will be your mission to design, build and support analytics : Datasets, data recipes, dataflows and dashboards.
You will be part of a new, growing team for a high growth tech startup in the hospitality industry, within the Analytics team with a mission to make Thynk the best integrated & data-driven system in the hospitality industry.
We have 2 week sprints and 2 weeks releases. We are particularly close to the leadership team, the business and the product. Also, we are able to innovate at a rapid pace. We use Slack for digital communication and Notion as a collaboration tool.
**As our CRM Analytics Developer at Thynk, you will**:
You will contribute as an individual contributor in a strong, fully remote team and be a team player in a highly collaborative environment. You will be responsible for:
- Development of CRM Analytics assets
- Build and architect data transformations and recipes
- Design and improve dashboards
- Implement Analytics solutions, bug fixes and workaround
- Testing the analytics assets
**About you**:
You will be a great fit if:
- You have a first experience with CRM Analytics (Min 6 months)
- Good knowledge of SAQL language
- Notion of BI : Data modeling, Dashboard design and development, Data engineering (ETL)
- Notion of Git
- User-centric and a certain level of creativity to design beautiful things
- Perfect English
Bonus point if you have:
- A CRM analytics certification (e.g : Tableau CRM, Visual Studio Caught )
- Experience with ISV / Managed Packages
