**Context**
CWS has redefined its strategy towards becoming a more open network and platform operator. In this perspective, a new way of selling new solutions to new type of partners will be launched, relying on the softwarization project. More concretely, this means that:
- Our fixed connectivity portfolio will be expanded with universal CPE on eAccess.
- New ranges of services will be offered on this new commercial fixed connectivity, in the form of Virtual Network Functions.
- These VNFs will be offered via a new Marketplace concept.
**Description of the role**
As responsible for developing and managing the CWS VNF product portfolio, you will be responsible for:
- Designing the future VNF portfolio.
- Selecting the VNF solution providers.
- Defining pricing models and strategies.
- Defining operating models and strategies (incl. R&R between System Integrators, Proximus and VNF vendors).
- Defining and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Developing commercial and technical product requirements.
- Developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
You will be part of a new team within CWS that will be operating this new ecosystem. You will work in very close collaboration with the CWS Sales and PMM teams managing eAccess and uCPE, as well as with the CWS Tribe for the delivery of the Marketplace.
Your Profile
- You have a very solid experience of more than 10 years in ICT (Telco and IT business).
- Network architecture solutions like Firewalls, Routers, Traffic controllers (SD-WAN), voice/SBC, etc. have no secrets for you.
- You are passionate with the challenges and opportunities led by technologies and innovation.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges related to softwarization.
- You have an interest for new commercialization models like ecosystem play.
- You are able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- You have the potential to evolve in the function towards management of virtual teams (squads or other forms).
- You are proficient in EN/FR/NL.
