**Talent community manager - Specter**

We are on the lookout for a Talent Community Manager to join our young and ambitious team. This role is all about building and maintaining relationships with top IT talent, both domestically and internationally. If you’re passionate about the human side of technology, this role could be perfect for you

**What you’ll do**:

- Come up with creative ways to attract and engage top IT talent
- Drive initiatives to increase community engagement and satisfaction
- Work with the team to identify and capitalise on market trends
- Represent Specter at tech events to boost brand awareness
- Provide market insights and intelligence to help with recruitment and sales efforts

**What you’ll need**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well on your own and with a team
- Project management and organisational skills
- Experience using social media and other digital platforms
- Bonus points for speaking multiple languages
