En raison de l'expansion rapide et de la dynamique exigeante de notre business, l'équipe a besoin d'être renforcée. Vous êtes à la recherche d'un poste passionnant dans lequel vous pourrez évoluer et apprendre ? En outre, vous êtes un expert dans la coordination et l'exécution de tâches administratives et vous avez une forte affinité avec les RH et/ou les aspects administratifs internationaux ? Alors vous pourriez être notre futur collègue Vos principales tâches:

- Au sein de notre département International Employment Services, vous êtes la personne responsable de la coordination en fournissant un soutien administratif à nos clients et à nos consultants. Cela va de la réponse à des questions ad hoc à l'exécution de tâches structurelles liées à l'emploi international (telles que les demandes de permis de travail, les formulaires A1, les déclarations Limosa).
- Vous êtes co-responsable de la préparation et du suivi des offres et de la facturation.
- Si vous avez également des affinités avec les RH et/ou les aspects administratifs internationaux, c'est certainement un plus.

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau bachelier ou vous avez une une expérience pratique importante.
- Vous faites preuve d'une grande curiosité professionnelle, ce qui vous permet d'apprécier le travail au sein de cette législation et de cet environnement internationaux.
- Vous travaillez de manière très précise et systématique. La confrontation quotidienne avec les délais vous motive.
- Vous avez une mentalité pratique et n'avez pas peur de prendre des initiatives et de réfléchir avec le business manager et l'équipe.
- Vous recherchez une fonction dans laquelle votre sens de l'autonomie, votre approche pragmatique du travail et votre ambition trouveront l'espace nécessaire.
- Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais et avez une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office et pouvez facilement vous familiariser avec différents logiciels.
