**Head of Talent Development**
- Paradigm is de instelling van openbaar nut die verantwoordelijk is voor de digitalisering van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Wij ondersteunen onze klanten - de Brusselse openbare instellingen - _in_ hun digitale _transitie_._ Werken voor Paradigm betekent een reële impact hebben op het dagelijkse leven van de Brusselaars._

De Head of Talent Development identificeert, ontwikkelt en waakt over ons meest waardevolle bezit: onze mensen. Hij/zij is verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht en de continue verbetering van talentontwikkelingsprogramma's, -strategieën en -initiatieven, het creëren van een high-performance cultuur die de groei en ontplooiing van onze medewerkers stimuleert, in lijn met de strategie en doelstellingen van de organisatie.
Je geeft leiding aan een team van 3 medewerkers.

**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
In deze functie liggen je verantwoordelijkheden in de volgende domeinen:
**Leadership en strategie**:

- De strategische oriëntatie van de talentontwikkelingsfunctie definiëren, in lijn met de doelstellingen van het bedrijf en in samenhang met de algemene strategie van de afdeling Human Management,
- Het budget voor talentontwikkeling beheren en optimaliseren,
- Leiding en sturing geven aan het Talent Development Team, zorgen voor consistentie en kwaliteit van de geleverde programma's en diensten.

**Het collaboratief leadership ontwikkelen**:

- Het leadership alsook het collaboratief management strategisch uitwerken en implementeren
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een Learning & Development beleid, gebaseerd op een Human Management-benadering dankzij
- innovatieve leertechnologieën en methodologieën,
- samenwerking met afdelingshoofden om lacunes in vaardigheden en trainingsbehoeften te identificeren en op te vullen,

**Talent Management en succession planning**:

- Een talentmanagementstrategie ontwikkelen, in samenwerking met de Talent Management Advisor: de reikwijdte definiëren, de processen en het beleid uitschrijven, onze mensen helpen hun capaciteiten optimaal te ontwikkelen, zonder de doelstellingen van de organisatie uit het oog te verliezen,
- Programma's ontwerpen en opvolgen die het potentieel van de werknemers identificeren en verder ontwikkelen. Prestatiebeoordelingsprocessen, -hulpmiddelen en -richtlijnen verbeteren om de ‘people appreciation’ te verbeteren,
- Een proces voor succession planning ontwikkelen en onderhouden om leadership en bedrijfscontinuïteit te garanderen,
- Een beleid voor competence management definiëren.

**Wellbeing**
- Strategieën voor het welzijn op de werkplek ontwikkelen om risicodomeinen aan te pakken,
- Strategieën uitwerken die afgestemd zijn op de doelstellingen van de organisatie en die objectieven, maatregelen en doelen bevatten,
- Programma's en initiatieven voor het welzijn op de werkplek ontwerpen en implementeren.

**Samenwerking**:
Nauw samenwerken met Human Management collega's op gebied van werving, loopbaanmanagement, werknemers engagement en organisatieontwikkeling om holistische talentstrategieën te creëren.

**Continue verbetering**:

- De effectiviteit van talentontwikkelingsinitiatieven op regelmatige basis evalueren en aan de hand van geschikte KPI's rapporteren,
- Op de hoogte blijven van trends in de sector en best practices om ervoor te zorgen dat de talentontwikkelingsstrategie van het bedrijf voorop blijft lopen.

**Je ervaring en competenties**:

- Master of Bachelor in personeelszaken, organisatieontwikkeling of een gerelateerd vakgebied, met aantoonbare ervaring in talent
- en leiderschapsontwikkeling,
- Relevante ervaring in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van effectieve strategieën voor talentontwikkeling in een complexe en dynamische omgeving,
- De passie om mensen te laten groeien binnen een humanistisch perspectief.
- Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van leiderschap en teammanagement,
- Competenties in het ontwerpen, faciliteren en evalueren van trainingen,
- Kennis van moderne trainingsmethoden, -hulpmiddelen en -technieken,
- Interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden,
- Sterke visie en vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijk te managen,
- Kennis in learning management systemen (LMS) en andere trainingstechnologieën,
- Ervaring met HRIS an andere HR-tools is een pluspunt,
- Perfecte kennis van het Frans.
