**JOUW UITDAGING**:
Als Regional Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van je eigen klanten portfolio en dit binnen de regio Oost-en West-Vlaanderen. Dit doe je enerzijds door op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe opportuniteiten bij prospecten en anderzijds door up-en cross-selling van andere services bij bestaande nationale EN internationale klanten.

Ayming is expert op het gebied van Business Performance Consulting en is werkzaam binnen 4 hoofddomeinen: Innovatie, Finance, HR en Grants. **WAAROM WIJ JOU WILLEN**:
Je bent een ervaren B2B sales met een consultative selling aanpak en hebt ervaring met complexe salesprocessen en onderhandelingen met C-levels(CFO’s, HR Directors, R&D Directors). Verder heb je ook affiniteit met de R&D, HR of Finance sector. Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en hebt een goed niveau van het Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.

Daarnaast wordt jij omschreven als: ondernemend, dynamisch, oplossingsgericht, hands-on en een teamspeler
