**Description**:
En tant qu'assistant administratif et juridique, vous promouvoirez et fournirez un service de secrétariat et d'administration de première classe au sein de l'équipe des services de secrétariat du cabinet.
- Coordonne les procédures de bureau, garantissant un flux de travail efficace et le respect des politiques.
- Travailler en collaboration au sein d'une équipe de secrétariat, assurer la couverture pendant les absences et se porter volontaire pour des tâches supplémentaires.
- Maintient la plus grande confidentialité des informations sur les clients et l’entreprise.
- Gère les agendas des avocats, planifie les réunions et s'occupe des préparatifs de voyage. Gère les communications avec les clients, organise les courriels et classe les documents de manière appropriée.
- Crée une correspondance, des rapports et des présentations précis et clairs à l'aide de modèles d'entreprise.
- Utiliser efficacement les systèmes informatiques pour le classement et les dossiers.
- Saisit régulièrement les feuilles de temps des avocats, garantissant le respect des délais mensuels.
- Gère les processus de facturation, en liaison avec les coordinateurs de facturation.
- Coordonne les demandes de remboursement et le paiement des factures.
- Tient à jour les notes de transfert du secrétariat pour les avocats désignés.
- Effectue des tâches de secrétariat et d'administration ponctuelles selon les besoins.

**Profil**
- Bachelor ou Master requis
- **Parfait bilingue (écrit et parlé) Anglais + autres langues de l'UE (niveau C1 minimum)**:

- **Au moins 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire**:

- Excellent esprit d'équipe qui fait preuve de coopération
- Maintenir une bonne assiduité et ponctualité.
- Démontre une conscience de la fourniture d'un service de qualité et effectue une auto-évaluation précise du travail entrepris.
- Capacité à assurer la liaison professionnelle et efficace avec les clients.
- Capacité à organiser et hiérarchiser efficacement la charge de travail afin de respecter les délais.
- Flexibilité de travailler des heures supplémentaires si nécessaire.
- Expérience de MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
- Une expérience d'Intapp, 3E, ChromeRiver et de la facturation serait un avantage.
