**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Le Servicedesk travaille avec un système de tickets dans lequel des scénarios et des modèles ont déjà été élaborés.
- Vous participez aux réunions du département.

**Description du profil
**Votre profil**:

- Avoir une première expérience dans un environnement helpdesk, call center, customer care, dans un contexte juridique ou de SAV est un plus.
- Vous êtes bilingue **français - néerlandais (minimum B2), **vous êtes à l'aise de traiter les questions écrites et orales dans les deux langues.
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'utilisation de l'informatique et technologie et vous avez de bonne connaissance des programmes MS Office.
- Vous êtes orienté résultats et clients
