At our headquarters in Ghent, we are looking for a customer service employee to act as a bridge between TML and our customers. In this position, you will handle all customer questions and orders in an efficient and customer-friendly way. This may involve an order, a question, a complaint and/or a logístical problem.
- Your duties:_
- **First point of contact for customers**: be the voice of our company and ensure timely and accurate handling of customer needs.
- **First-class customer service**: manage order registration and follow-up, providing essential information to customers and colleagues.
- **Efficient collaboration**: coordinate and communicate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of customer-related matters.
- **Customer-focused proactive communication**: communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to satisfy and retain customers.
