**Function**:
For our Fashion distribution in Ghent, we are looking for a Customer Service employee.
In this position you will handle all customer inquiries and orders in an efficient and friendly manner. This can be an order, a question, a complaint,...
Your duties:
- Registration and further follow-up of customer orders
- Inserting the necessary information into the proprietary software package
- Contacting customers to provide additional information
- Collect basic data to prepare a flow of a document or package

- You have experience in a similar position
- You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and French
- You have a "Can do" mentality
- You comply with rules and procedures
- You administratively strong and do you master the Microsoft Office package
- You stress resistant, flexible and can you set priorities
- You like autonomy and responsibility and are you result-oriented
