**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As an **Administrative Officer **you will report directly to the HR Manager.
**Manage invoices**
- Add new vendors on Procurement hub: support their onboarding process
- Check invoices + Ask GM's approval + follow-up payment with HQ
- Follow-up & Be the point of contact of our external suppliers
- Support all the teams with the Procurement Hub
**Manage mail**
- Get the mail & dispatch to the team
- Follow-up and track of important mail
**Manage administrative & logistic tasks**
- Support on admin HR tasks
- Maintains and updates employee files in the HR system (Workday) and internal files
- Contributes as administrative assistant to plan events, conferences and meeting
- Involvement in local initiative such as simplification of local process
**REQUIREMENTS**
- You hold a Bachelor degree and/or have equivalent work experience
- You are known for your organisation skills, precision and completeness
- Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to get things moving
- Good time management based on the team's priorities and deadlines
- You have a perfect command in Dutch or French (or both) and have an excellent (written and spoken) level of English
- You are a strong communicator. Your social skills allow you to easily build a network and to connect and switch smoothly between people on different levels
- You enjoy working on different tasks/project simultaneously and you work in an autonomous and proactive manner
