Support Project managers performing a number of administrative tasks related the follow up of Network rollout projects.

**Required Responsibilities**:

- Create new operational projects in databases.
- Encode financial information related BOQs or PR/PO in the tools.
- Generate and update reports: planning, milestones, etc.
- Organize Site visits based on the contact details received and respecting the timing stablished for the visits organization. Fill the confirmed date in the databases.
- Update contact details for the technical installation in the databases.
- Encode and update basic technical information on the ongoing operational projects in the databases.
- Upload documents in the required database or platform.

**Degree & Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in equivalent roles
- Experience in ICT sector is a plus

**Technical skills**:

- Good knowledge of MS Office & thorough knowledge in Excel and Teams.
- Ability to simultaneously treat several cases whilst keeping an overview and clear structure
- Able to report in a clear and concise fashion

**Attitudes/Behavior**:

- Ability to understand general technical concepts used in projects
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Flexible
- Dynamic
- Excellent organizer
- Ability to work autonomous

**Languages**:
Fluent in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English
