Overzicht van de functie

Als Mobile Service Technician bij Fisker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de service activiteiten op locatie bij de klant en zorg je voor een snelle en kwaliteitsbewuste service ten behoeve van onze elektrische voertuigen. Deze functie vereist een ervaren serviceprofessional met een solide achtergrond en praktijkervaring in onderhoud, diagnose en reparaties van elektrische voertuigen.

- en diepgaande kennis van de nieuwste EV- en OTA-technologie. Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte houding en houdt ervan samen te werken in een dynamische, snelle omgeving binnen het aftersales team. Met dit team streef je ernaar het probleem in één keer goed op te lossen met een hoge klanttevredenheid. Verantwoordelijkheden- Voert voertuigdiagnoses, eerste IT-reparaties, handmatige
- en “Over The Air” (OTA) updates uit in op locatie bij de klant.- Voorkomt herhalingsreparaties door daadwerkelijk inzicht te krijgen in klachten en de behoeften van klanten. Lost dit op door de juiste serviceprocedures te volgen zonder de klanttevredenheid uit het oog te verliezen.- Bezoek op de locatie aan de klant van te voren voorbereiden door vooraf op afstand diagnose te stellen aan het voertuig en ervoor zorgen dat je de juiste onderdelen bij je hebt voor het verrichten van service op locatie.- Assisteren bij het opstellen en goedkeuren van gedetailleerde reparatiehandleidingen, servicebulletins, technische informatie en informatie over onderdelen. Blijft hierbij in contact met buitendienst technici, andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie, de fabriek, etc.- Snel identificeren en rapporteren van complexe technische problemen die zich voordoen.- Het volgen van trainingen en opleidingen die je nodig hebt om je competenties als technicus op peil te houden.- Ondersteuning op locatie bieden aan onze service partner in situaties met een complexe technische problemen of een te lage service capaciteit om een optimale klantenservice en snelle reparatie doorlooptijden te garanderen.- Ondersteuning bieden bij het analyseren van oorzaken, het identificeren van nieuwe trends, het oplossen van problemen en het opstellen van de juiste rapportage.

Basiskwalificaties/kennis/ervaring- Beschikken over het diploma eerste autotechnicus of diagnose technicus. Ervaring met hoogspanningswerkzaamheden op elektrische voertuigen, NEN 9140 certificering en het werken in uitdagende omstandigheden is een pre.- Bewezen praktische werkervaring met diagnose apparatuur, netwerkprotocollen zoals bijvoorbeeld: ECU-probleemoplossingen op CAN/LIN/i/Bus, etc. op elektrische voertuigen.- Vloeiend in Nederlandse taal en basis Engels, andere talen zijn een pluspunt.- Uitstekende technische probleemoplossende vaardigheden met ervaring in klantcontact is een pré.

Aanvullende vereisten- Sterke interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden om goede en effectieve werkrelaties op te bouwen.- Onafhankelijk en zelfstandig kunnen werken met een gevoel van urgentie.- Effectief in het beheren van meerdere prioriteiten, het organiseren van werkdruk en het halen van deadlines. Daarbij in staat zijn eigen werkzaamheden efficient in te plannen en te verrichten.- Punctueel en betrouwbaar.- Uitstekende werkethiek en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.- Bereid om innovatieve technologieën te leren.- Bereid zijn om nationaal te reizen voor het verrichten van service op locatie en internationaal te reizen indien dat nodig is.- Bereid zijn om overuren te maken en in het weekend te werken als dat nodig is om deadlines en bedrijfsdoelen te halen.- Aantoonbare ervaring in klantcontact, bij voorkeur in de Automotive.
