The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Channel Sales Manager for the Purification & Filtration industrial business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Professionally represent Solventum at channel partners and end users within a defined territory_- Efficiently manage the territory to drive sustainable growth_- Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement business plans, strategy and activities to increase product awareness and adoption for mutual growth_-
- Ability to manage the complexities of varying routes to market for customers_- Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders in a positive manner to demonstrate the core values of Solventum_- Provide key market insights to business, marketing, portfolio and planning teams_

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a technical environment- Demonstrated effective use of selling skills and achieving / exceeding goals- Client relationship management at executive level- Experience in working with both Channel partners and direct end users- Current, valid Driver’s License

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Dutch- Analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks- Highly self-motivated with a growth and open mindset- Team player with a strong approach to collaborative working

Work location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 50-60% domestic / international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Role Location: Benelux, Northern France

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
