Your responsibilities?
Adjusting a VAT number? Have a question about a technical inspection? A specific question about their contract? They can always count on you
Who are we looking for?- You are fluent in French and Dutch with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of English is a plus.- You have a "can-do attitude," are passionate about resolving customers’ problems, and have a passion for customer interactions.- You are team-driven and looking forward to joining a dynamic environment.- You can easily commute to our office in Diegem.- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.- You can work under pressure: up to 80 calls per day do not scare you.
