Therefore, we are looking for a Junior Customer Care Advisor to join our team This function will work both directly with customers, as well as with third parties representing Polestar, to ensure that customers can get the help and information they need through the channel that best suits them. In this golden opportunity, you and the team will together deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We are looking for a service minded Customer Care Advisor who will be working together with our 5 colleagues within our Customer Engagement Team. Coming straight from school, we offer you a unique learning opportunity within a fast paced environment.
We love spending time together and learning from each other - we therefore invite you to work from our office located in Brussels, Belgium. We embrace our office days; however, we understand the importance of changing working environments - we are flexible for working remotely a few days per week. Our Customer Care Centre is available from Monday to Thursday between 9AM and 6PM, and on Friday between 9AM and 5PM. The working hours will be shift based over these times.
**What you’ll do**
In this role, you will provide excellent customer service through building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with potential, current and previous Polestar customers.
The role includes being a first point of contact for our customers, where you will focus into one or several of these areas in accordance with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process:
For example, you might support customers through the buying process, be the first line of complaint resolution, or provide customers with product information. You will work closely with internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers.
During the first weeks of your employment, you will have an induction period where you will learn about your role, your team and the Polestar way. After completing this, you will be a part of a training and development program, which is an on-going opportunity to learn and grow in skills - we believe in a culture of coaching and development for all people joining.
**Who you are**
To be a great fit for this role, we are looking for you with exceptional customer service skills. You are immaculate in listening and have an enthusiastic and flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team.
Your passion for EV and our planet surges through your communication into providing energetic and positive customer service. In addition to this, you are resilient, motivated with attention to detail and the promise to deliver qualitative work thanks to your good time management skills.
Further on, we are searching for you who have:
- Completed studies on a GCSE/high school-level or higher - previous work experience is not required.
- Good IT and computer understanding within software/technology.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English, French and Dutch.
