**De job in een notendop**
Je belangrijkste taken zijn:
- Zorgen voor het uitwerken en in stand houden van een gedetailleerd overzicht van de kosten die verband houden met het schadebeheer en de belangrijkste kostengenererende factoren.
- Zorgen voor het ontwikkelen en monitoren van een goede benchmarking van de evolutie van de kosten van de schadegevallen, rekening houdend met de evolutie van de markt, de impact van de projecten, producten enz.
- Aanbevelingen doen ter verbetering van die kosten van de schadegevallen, rekening houdend met de potentiële impact op de klanten en de operationele kosten.
- De impact van de geïmplementeerde actieplannen monitoren.
- Optreden als de voornaamste contactpersoon voor de diverse stakeholders in de structuur (productontwikkeling, underwriting, finance, risk...) in de context van de kosten van de schadegevallen.
- Een hoofdstakeholder zijn in het CATNAT-noodplan door een kostenraming te maken van extreme weersomstandigheden en nieuwe modellen uitwerken.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met de volgende eigenschappen en skills:
- Jij hebt al ervaring met het toepassen van analytische en statistische technieken bij het oplossen van operationele problemen.
- Jij hebt praktische ervaring met datamining en dashboarding. Ervaring met SAS is een pluspunt.
- Jij hebt ervaring met het end-to-end managen van een dataproject, van het omschrijven van de vereisten van de business tot de uitrol. Ervaring met machine learning-technieken en process mining is een troef.
- Jij hebt kostbare ervaring opgedaan met eigendoms
- en schadeverzekeringen.
- Jij beschikt over uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, je kan impactvolle uiteenzettingen geven die aanzetten tot verandering, en jij kan complexe informatie uitleggen aan een niet-technisch onderlegd doelpubliek.
- Jij bent business-georiënteerd, open van geest en kan autonoom werken.
- Je bent een teamspeler en kan samenwerken met diverse afdelingen (Finance, Operations, Productie ).
- Jij behaalde een universitair diploma in een economisch of wiskundig domein, of je deed gelijkwaardige ervaring op.
- Jij beschikt over een functionele kennis van het Engels, kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans is een pluspunt.
