- Yonderland is een toonaangevende omnichannel outdoor retailer in Europa met de labels AS Adventure, Juttu en The North Face in België, Bever en The North Face in Nederland en Cotswold, Snow+Rock, The North Face en Runnersneed in het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
- Yonderland heeft een centraal IT-team dat de drie business units in verschillende landen en tal van websites ondersteunt. Er wordt gewerkt aan een e-Commerce platform, interne shop applicatie, WMS integraties, digitale transformatie,...
- Vanwege de aanhoudende groei van de Yonderland groep zijn we op zoek naar een 1ste Line Teamlead om ons bij te staan in de sterke digitalisering en modernisering van ons landschap met het oog op rationalisering, beveiliging, optimalisatie en synergie.
**Het avontuur**
- Als teamlead van het 1ste line support team ben je de coach van het team. Je bent de team motivator die bezig is met recruitment, evaluaties, onboarding/offboarding & het opvolgen van persoonlijke groeipaden voor de mensen in zijn/haar team.
- Als teamlead ben je bezig met de optimalisatie van de werking van het team: kwaliteit bewaren van de opvolging van tickets binnen de helpdesk en op zoek naar verbeteringen binnen het proces. Meedenken in de transformatie naar ITIL best practices.
- Je helpt mee met de support tickets op de helpdesk.
- Als teamlead coördineer je de aanwezigheid van helpdeskmedewerkers op kantoor, bij thuiswerk en wanneer nodig bezoeken aan de winkels.
- Je draait mee in een on-call rotatie buiten de kantooruren éénmaal per maand.
- Als teamlead behoud je het contact met de 2nd line support en business stakeholders.
**Je uitrusting**
- Je hebt ervaring met werken in een IT support team.
- Je bent proactief en neemt graag ownership.
- Je bent analytisch en lost graag problemen op.
- Je bent een gestructureerd en nauwkeurig persoon.
- Je hebt een hands on, hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit en je neemt initiatief/stelt vragen indien nodig om tot een snelle oplossing te komen.
- Je bent communicatief sterk (mondeling + schriftelijk) en bij voorkeur goed 3-talig NL /FR/ENG
- Je kan goed luisteren en bent in staat om de verkregen informatie correct te interpreteren en te vertalen van en naar IT.
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
