**What is your role?**
Title says “Customer Management Team Collaborator”. But here’s a twist: We do not believe in job titles, but in people taking roles depending on the challenge. Here you come into play - this is your main role:
**Working IN the system & working ON the system : “Get your hands dirty & work on strategy”**
Client Satisfaction is the core business of our Customer Management Team so our next colleague should be:
❖ an empathic **communicator** who can also be assertive when needed
❖ a **team player** who is not afraid to take on projects to improve our process
❖ a trustworthy **analyst** who juggles number with accuracy and ease
❖ a realist who understands that behind any good sales team, there is a thorough **administrative wor**k such as:
- Handling the order flow coming from our European and non-EU customers within our_
- ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365_
- Dealing with Transport companies and Customs_
- Handling written and oral communication with our Customer portfolio (Customer Service)_
- Active follow up on Pre-orders_
- Handling the Central Phone pick up in collaboration with the team_
- Daily coordination with our Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams_
- Back-up for our E-Commerce customer Amazon in Vendor Central_
**We believe in expertise given by a diploma but also in experience acquired over the years so if**
❖ You have a Degree in Business, Economics, E-commerce, or any relevant field,
❖ You can prove at least 3 years of professional experience in Customer Service,
❖ You have a working knowledge of ERP, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365,
❖ You have a strong command of Microsoft Office especially Excel
❖ You are fluent in English and French (written and oral)
