**Your Mission**:
The mission of the Sales Department is to create and execute sales strategies that demonstrate the value of Pluxee services, to achieve continuous absorbable earnings and increased market share, to develop client relationship and to report market reactions and competitor movements that would impact existing and proposed services.

The Sales Manager is responsible for the profitable growth of his/her entire team’s client segments and Business Volume (SME). This growth will be achieved through strategic sales planning and development in combination with the management and development of all employees with his/her responsibilities.

The Sales Manager is part of the Sales Management Team.

The Sales Managers is responsible of a team of Telephone Account Managers and Internal Account Managers.

**Key Highlights**:

- **Market Identification**: Identify potential business opportunities and evaluate accounts for existing clients, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
- **Strategic Sales Planning**: Translate and implement divisional sales strategies to achieve business volume and growth targets.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to support product development and ensure alignment with client needs.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and empower team members through effective communication and performance feedback.
- **Process Management**: Implement and monitor sales processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in client interactions.
- **Project Contribution**: Contribute expertise and leadership to business unit projects for successful rollout and execution.
- **Client Experience**: Design action plans to enhance client experience and ensure adherence to client-centric behaviors.
- **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**: Track sales targets, business volume, and sales efficiency metrics to gauge performance effectively.
- **Accountabilities**: Focus on new business acquisition, existing business development, profit development, execution of sales plans, and ensuring client and employee satisfaction.

**Profil**:
Profil:

- Educational - business course graduate. Masters’ degree preferable but not required
- At least 5 years of sales experience, 3 years of which should be with handling people or team
- Experience in sales with service companies - providing solutions to clients
- Proven people management skills - leading people to success
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (personal & team)
- Organizational awareness (structure and products & services)
- Good industry sector awareness including supply chain structures, developments and requirements
- Excellent presentation skills.
