You are communicative and outgoing, eager to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues. You speak and write fluent Dutch, Flemish and French
Tasks
As Customer Success Expert you will be the main point of contact for our artisans. In the first phase, you will create a tailor-made webshop in close contact with the customer, guiding him in the process. You will be fully in charge of this project and be their single point of contact. Your knowledge about our products and your commercial insights will be of great importance to launch the e-commerce solution of the local entrepreneur in the best possible way.

Everything is done within a proprietary CMS where users can build a website by dragging and dropping elements. Having an interest in building websites (through WordPress or another CMS ), social media and advertisements are a definite plus.
1\. Contract
- launch
- Designing webshops for customers (products, design + administration)
- Building a webshop in the company's proprietary CMS system (so no coding skills are required)
- Design marketing materials
- Educate customers on how to use the proprietary CMS system.
2\. Post-launch of customer website
- e-commerce consulting (provide advice for customers in order to maximize the platform's profitability)
Getting feedback from the market in order to determine new feature requests
