The digital Manager is accountable for delivering actionable business insights to the commercial organization and for embedding those into digital tactics and marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a local internal change agent for the digital transformation, challenging the status quo and driving the cultural shift towards data driven decision making. You will act as the ambassador to spread the omnichannel mindset at all levels of the Belgian LOC
- Lead the dialogue with stakeholders across the business to proactively identify, understand and prioritise opportunities to drive performance using advanced analytics.
- Act upon the gained insights by translating analytical findings into marketing tactics and campaigns.
- Localize and implement global tactics and strategies in alignment with the local marketing and sales teams to best support our market and our brands' growth
- Responsible for the localization of global tactics and creation of local tactics based on the Multichannel plan whilst working in close cooperation with the respective Brand managers:

- Work on focused campaigns, as identified in the brand plan but also accommodate ad hoc opportunities popping up; all aiming at maximizing the brands' growth.
- Brief and coordinate tactics with internal and external agencies
- Monitor and report performance of the campaigns to continuously finetune our content and channels for our target customers.
- Share best practices and learnings with the digital managers from other Local Operating Companies
- Represent the Belgian LOC in the different European Working groups and Networks

**Why You?**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- University degree in related field (economics, business studies, marketing, digital communication or similar)
- 3+ years of Experience in eMarketing, Multichannel Brand marketing or digital communication
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consulting industries
- Business fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player with effective networking, collaboration, and engagement skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Excellent analytical skills and result-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in brand planning processes and translation strategy into execution
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-pace environment
