En tant qu'IT Support specialist, votre mission sera:

- Installer, mettre en production, administrer et exploiter la partie bureautique du site.
- Participer avec l’équipe Infrastructure au bon fonctionnement des systèmes d’information en garantissant le maintien à niveau des différents outils, bases de données, infrastructure d’hébergements, plateformes techniques et infrastructures de communication, dans un objectif de qualité, de productivité, de réactivité, de performance et de sécurité.
- Assurer un rôle de conseil, d’assistance, d’information, de formation et d’alerte et participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des équipements techniques, outils d’exploitation et progiciels retenus par l’entreprise.

Plus en détail:

- S’assurer du fonctionnement optimal des outils, systèmes ou réseaux avec l’équipe Infrastructure.
- Gérer des projets avec l’équipe IT Benelux.
- Traiter les incidents ou anomalies et participer aux actions de maintenance correctives en veillant à leur qualité (support Niveau 1 & 2 et escalade niveau 3 ou vers les intervenants externes).
- Contrôler l’intégrité des données (procédures de sauvegarde et de restauration, redémarrage après incident, confidentialité et gestion des accès,).
- Suivre et analyser les performances des différents composants.
- Gérer les droits d’accès aux éléments de l’infrastructure, et plateformes techniques.
- Diagnostiquer les causes de dysfonctionnement et proposer des corrections ou des solutions de contournement.
- Coordonner l’action des experts externes en cas de nécessité d’escalade des incidents auprès des mainteneurs et/ou fournisseurs d’infrastructures ou de Services applicatifs externalisés (hors domaine industriel).
- Maintenir à jour la documentation technique.
- Automatiser, documenter et supporter un maximum de tâches récurrentes sur les périmètres définis.
- Réaliser les opérations de maintenance quotidienne nécessaires au maintien en condition opérationnelle des dispositifs.
- Participer à la planification du renouvellement des équipements (hors domaine industriel).
- Participer à la mise en œuvre des mesures susceptibles d’améliorer la qualité, la réactivité, la performance et la productivité des outils et des infrastructures.
- Garder à jour l’inventaire du parc informatique et gérer les différents composants.
- Effectuer des études de préconisation et d’implantation des matériels, outils et logiciels adaptés.
- Etre force de proposition pour les évolutions de l’infrastructure technique du Système d’Information.
- Maintenir à jour son expertise et effectuer une veille technologique sur les différents composants du SI.

**Profil**

En qualité d'IT Support specialist, vous avez le profil suivant:

- Bachelier à orientation informatique ou expérience équivalente, vous démontrez une expérience dans le support aux utilisateurs ainsi qu’une bonne expérience dans la gestion de Projet.
- Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en Anglais.
- Passionné et enthousiaste, vous vous engagez totalement dans votre métier en appréhendant de nouveaux concepts et en relevant de nouveaux défis.
- Persévérant, organisé, patient et orienté résultats, vous faîtes aboutir les projets que vous gérez.
- Les connaissances de Windows, Office 365, SharePoint ainsi que les connaissances de fonctionnement des Desktop, Laptop, Smartphone (Android/IPhone), équipements Réseaux, vous sont familiers. Scripting, Téléphonie, Linux sont des plus.
- Excellent communicateur, vous êtes à l’aise avec tous les intervenants qu’ils soient clients internes ou prestataires externes (commerciaux, production, R&D, administratif, Comité de Direction ).
- A l’écoute des utilisateurs durant les interventions avec positivisme et sens du service, vous faites preuve de grande pédagogie pour répondre de manière efficace à leurs besoins.
- Vous respectez la confidentialité des informations récoltées.
- Autonome, analytique et curieux d’apprendre, vous effectuez régulièrement de la veille technologique en vue de maintenir votre expertise de pointe.
