Als trainee “Event Director & Project Manager”, maak je deel uit van het dynamische en innovatieve contentbedrijf, ODYS. ODYS is gespecialiseerd in het maken van verschillende soorten video en 3D content rond producten en voor bedrijven. We rekenen op jouw passie voor video, creativiteit, hoogwaardig design en technologische expertise om mee onze klanten te voorzien van de beste visuele oplossingen. Jouw talent versterkt het groeiende en dynamische ODYS-team én omgekeerd.
Je krijgt de kans om je skills en kennis in te zetten voor:
- De begeleiding van de klant in het creatieve en communicatieve proces, zowel op inhoudelijk als visueel vlak. Dit vertaalt zich vaak in storytelling en een technisch script, met de boodschap van de klant als rode draad.
- De commerciële opvolging van projecten; van team samenstelling tot opmaak van prijsofferte.
- De samenstelling en aansturing van het operationeel team; meetings organiseren, voorbereidingen treffen, opvolging van deadlines en afgeleverd werk,waarbij je scripts de basis vormen voor coördinatie van het inhoudelijk en technisch verloop.
- Mee de leiding te nemen over de regie tijdens de evenementen.
- Zelf video content te creëren die mee springt op de trends van social media
- De interne mediakanalen van BLUE MOON mee te onderhouden in de vorm van moderne en aantrekkelijke communicatie

- Bent sociaal ingesteld en communicatief sterk
- Hebt een passie voor video en voelt goed aan hoe een boodschap best op beeld wordt overgebracht.
- Hebt interesse in het volgen van trends en ontwikkelingen en bent ook gemotiveerd om deze toe te passen.
- Kan vlot samenwerken met andere teamleden om projecten op tijd en binnen het budget op te leveren.
- Engageert je voor een periode van ten minste 10 weken
