As a Customer Complaints Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer complaints from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing complaints independently and assessing their potential impact on our customers and business. Collaborating with other departments to gather all relevant information and develop effective solutions to resolve complaints. Responding to customers in a clear, empathetic, and timely manner, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Identifying opportunities for improvement to help optimize internal processes and improve customer satisfaction. Maintaining strong product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry. What we're looking for in a candidate: A proactive and positive attitude, with a ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. A good understanding of banking products and services, with a passion for delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Fluency in Dutch, with a good understanding of French.
