Customer Service Specialist

- Répondre aux demandes des clients : Répondre aux questions, préoccupations et demandes des clients par divers canaux de communication, tels que le téléphone, l'e-mail ou le chat.
- Résolution de problèmes : Résoudre efficacement les problèmes des clients en proposant des solutions, en dépannant les problèmes et en garantissant une résolution positive.
- Assistance client : Offrir des conseils, des connaissances sur les produits et de l'aide aux clients pour améliorer leur compréhension et l'utilisation des produits ou services de l'entreprise.
- Maintien des dossiers clients : Enregistrer et maintenir des informations clients précises, les interactions et les transactions dans la base de données de l'entreprise ou dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
- Compétences en communication : Démontrer de solides compétences en communication pour transmettre des informations clairement, comprendre les préoccupations des clients et garantir une expérience client positive.
- Collaboration en équipe : Collaborer avec d'autres membres de l'équipe et départements pour résoudre des problèmes complexes des clients et améliorer la satisfaction globale.
- Amélioration continue : Fournir des retours sur les tendances et problèmes des clients afin de contribuer à l'amélioration continue des produits, services et processus de service client.
- Un souci du détail, être amical et serviable
- être bilingue néerlandais et français ; l'anglais est un plus.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à résoudre des problèmes de manière efficace
- Orientation client

- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, SAP est un plus
