Optimiser les processus pour offrir un service fluide et efficace
Collaborer avec les départements IT, Legal et Opérations pour améliorer en continu nos services
Gérer les KPIs et le reporting pour piloter la performance du service
Expérience en gestion d'équipe dans le service client (gaming, e-commerce ou retail est un plus)
Bonne connaissance du français, néerlandais et anglais.
Capacité d'analyse, de gestion des priorités et résolution de problèmes
