After a training period, you are the focal point for internal customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
You are working as Customer Service & Sales Advisor.
YOUR JOB
- After a training period you are the focal point for internal customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance customer relationships. Your customers are all European Union Institutions across Europe
- The renewals and maintenance of the licences and care packs of your customers are your responsibility.
- You are the owner of the offer & order process: part of this is advising customers and account teams on quoting requests, identifying up and cross selling opportunities and collaboration with suppliers in order to assure best purchase prices and delivery conditions.
- You monitor the expiration date/renewals of the service contracts
- You are the central point of contact for customers for ordering
- You actively collaborate with suppliers to assure the best purchase prices and delivery conditions
- Logistic management: monitor the implementation of orders until their final stage, monitor the respect of SLA and the execution of the deliveries, ordering of products.
- Support the account managers (reporting) so they can target and grow existing accounts
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor degree
- As you are a strong communicator, you are fluent in English, orally and written, while Dutch and French is a plus
- No previous working experience is necessary but you have an eye for detail and precision, being pro-active is fundamental
- Experience within IT is no must
- Be a team player that is organized, flexible and used to work independently in a stressful environment
- EUI citizenship or work permit
