**Description of Tasks**:
As an EUDAMED End-User Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Serving as the initial point of contact for all end-users with inquiries or issues related to EUDAMED.
- Categorizing, prioritizing, and efficiently dispatching end-users' requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensuring the follow-up of incidents and escalating tickets to the relevant stakeholders in accordance with the defined escalation process.
- Providing services to all stakeholders in alignment with ITIL best practices, proficiently handling and meticulously documenting all requests.
- Maintaining up-to-date internal knowledge by comprehensive documentation of relevant information.
- Conducting training sessions and webinars on the utilization of EUDAMED when required.

**Knowledge and Skills**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in teaching or coaching, both online and in person.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptive learning skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Outstanding presentation and customer service skills.
- Ability to excel in an international and multicultural work environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of support ticketing system processes (SMT, Snow, or other relevant systems).
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is considered a plus.
