**Functie**:
Word lid van **een dynamisch team van specialisten op het gebied van klantrelaties** door een team te integreren dat zich toelegt op de **assistentie van weggebruikers** (zware vrachtwagens).
Als Customer Care Advisor voor dit project is het jouw missie om weggebruikers die te maken hebben met **het kilometerheffingssysteem in België**, te helpen. Je bent dan ook een essentieel aanspreekpunt om hen te **informeren** en te reageren op hun vraag **via verschillende communicatiekanalen.**
Je missie is gebaseerd op:
- Het verwerken van **verzoeken via Chat**;
- **Telefonische verzoeken** aannemen en afhandelen (inkomende en uitgaande oproepen);
- De **validatie van voertuigpapieren**.
**Profiel**:
- Je spreekt **vloeiend Nederlands** zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je hebt een goede kennis en beheersing van het Engels en/of Duits, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. **Tweetaligheid is essentieel.**:
- Je bent **flexibel** **en bereid om vroeg en laat te werken **volgens een variabel uurrooster van maandag tot zondag.**:
- Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
- Je beschikt over **goede communicatieve vaardigheden** en je bent in staat om informatie op een duidelijke en eenvoudige manier over te brengen;
- Je toont **empathie** en bent in staat om met de emoties van anderen om te gaan in een moeilijke situatie;
- Je kan goed **multitasken** en in staat om gemakkelijk van de ene taak naar de andere te schakelen;
- Je bent **oplossings
- en resultaatgericht** en kan werken aan het behalen van dagelijkse doelstellingen.

Wij bieden 24/7 service voor onze klant. Je hebt dus de mogelijkheid om naar eigen keuze te werken in **dag, nacht of op basis van een gemengd dag/nacht rooster**.
- **Dagdiensten**: variabele uren van maandag t/m zondag tussen 6.00 en 22.00 uur;
- **Nachtdiensten**: rooster tussen 22u en 7u, weekend inbegrepen
